The Detroit Lions have emerged as conference leaders, despite losing star defensive end Aidan Hutchinson for the season. Over in the AFC, Josh Allen was playing like an MVP contender even before the Bills added Cooper, and Russell Wilson has rediscovered his "Danger-Russ" form, leading the Steelers to a crucial victory to remain tied with the Baltimore Ravens atop of the AFC North standings.
