The Baltimore Ravens, holding an 8-5 record, are navigating a season marked by both promise and inconsistency. Their recent 24-19 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles highlighted ongoing challenges, like making defensive stops when they need to, getting flagged for every penalty under the sun, and cutting drives short with poor playcalling. Despite these setbacks, the Ravens remain one of the better teams in the AFC. Lamar Jackson is leading an electric offense, but the team is far from perfect. Currently holding the No. 5 seed in the AFC playoff picture, the Ravens sit two games behind the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC North. With the postseason within reach, Baltimore must shore up key weaknesses, including their inconsistent pass rush and shaky secondary. The 2025 NFL Draft gives the Ravens a prime opportunity to plug these holes and build a roster capable of giving Lamar everything he needs to take home the Lombardi Trophy. Focusing on enhancing the defensive line, adding depth at linebacker, and securing a reliable wide receiver could be pivotal in elevating the team's performance in the forthcoming season.
