Niner Noise

The San Francisco 49ers were expected to be picking closer to No. 32 overall in the 2025 NFL Draft than No. 10 overall, but a brutal run of injuries and regression from some of their top players made it difficult for Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch to stitch together a viable defense of their NFC championship. The Niners will have the opportunity to pick up some instant starters in the draft this year, as the team's poor play in the trenches on both sides of the ball may have been the biggest issue this franchise had last year. The secondary was far from a world-beater as well. The 49ers would do well to take a look at the roadmap laid out in this mock draft, as landing this combination of four players may end up being nothing short of a grand slam for Lynch and Shanahan in a year where they really need to crush this.
