Even with other sports going on now, the NFL offseason just seems as though it can’t end soon enough. That feels especially true for Cleveland Browns fans as they understand the 2019 season could be their best chance at making a legitimate run since they returned to the NFL in 1999. Before considering any kind of postseason run though, the Browns first have to make it to the playoffs. That’s something they haven’t done since 2002, which has them currently owning the longest drought in the league. In an effort to end this futility, general manager John Dorsey has completely overhauled this roster. Entering this season, the longest-tenured Browns are linebacker Christian Kirksey and left guard Joel Bitonio — who both joined the club in 2014. Roughly 60 percent of the roster was overhauled in 2018 alone as this team is unrecognizable from the club that was winless in 2017.
