AM NY

● By Joe Pantorno
It is officially NFL Mock Draft season, and both New York teams are in the top 10 of the 2025 selection process after disappointing, nightmarish seasons. After the Giants put up one of the worst seasons in franchise history, they hold the No. 3 pick, though a Week 17 win over the Indianapolis Colts potentially destroyed their prospects of getting either of the top two quarterbacks available. The Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns could use an upgrade at the quarterback position, meaning Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders and Miami’s Cam Ward could be off the board by the time Big Blue is on the clock. That would force the Giants to pivot elsewhere, perhaps to Colorado’s two-way Heisman winner Travis Hunter. Granted, this is anything but a given, considering Hunter might be too intriguing of a prospect for one of the top two teams to pass up.
