33rd Team

● By Kyle Crabbs
Believe it or not, the 2024 college football season has reached the final week of the regular season. With the end of the regular season comes hints at what comes next for the best of the best — All-Star game invitations are being revealed weekly, setting the stage for the winter months and the attentive eyes of NFL scouts and general managers. The league still has about a month and a half before the end of their regular season, but the separation of teams is well underway. Some, such as Detroit, Kansas City, Buffalo, and Philadelphia, are hurtling toward a potential deep playoff run. Others, such as the New York Jets and Giants, have conceded the year — the Giants cut starting quarterback Daniel Jones, and the Jets fired their general manager just a month after firing their head coach. A word of caution to the teams racing for the No. 1 overall pick. Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear. Jacksonville still must play the Titans twice and the Raiders once. The Giants play two games against teams that entered Week 12 in the top 10 of the draft order. There's a lot of potential disruption in this order before you factor in potential upsets down the stretch. We take an updated look at the 2025 NFL Draft order and the top prospects eligible for next April.
