For the second season in a row, the Cleveland Browns don't have a pick in Round 1 of the NFL Draft. In fact, they also don't have a second-rounder and after trading out of Round 2 in 2022, this will be their second year in a row where they don't make a selection until the third round. While they won't be active (barring any trades), we still take a look at who comes off the board in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft.
