The first games of Week 1 of the new college football season took place last night, and I already have a few notes for the players I evaluated over the summer. Here’s a little primer going into the rest of college football’s opening week. Enjoy reading through my first top 200 2025 NFL Draft big board of the season. I broke the top 200 into ten tiers. The tier a prospect belongs to is more important than their individual ranking within the tier. Most players are interchangeable within their tiers depending on factors like supporting cast, target share, scheme fit, measurables, etc. These rankings will become more precise as the year goes on. My summer scouting focuses heavily on placing prospects into buckets that represent their draft ranges. Some of these buckets, especially the fourth and fifth rounds, overflow.
