In this 2025 NFL Mock Draft, the Las Vegas Raiders take the next — and perhaps the most important — step in maintaining their place in the AFC arms race. The Raiders, as a franchise, have been one of the least consistent organizations in the NFL over the past decade-plus. The Josh McDaniels saga was another unfortunate reminder of that, but the roster appears to be reinvigorated under new head coach Antonio Pierce. Nevertheless, the Raiders must keep stacking wins. The moral victory of Pierce remaining the coach after his interim stint means nothing if it doesn’t translate to success on the field. And with each new young QB joining the fray in the AFC, the margin for error grows slimmer. The solution for Las Vegas is to not only keep strengthening their roster but also find a franchise signal-caller of their own, potentially through the NFL Draft.
