The Indianapolis Colts 2024 season had high expectations. Anthony Richardson was healthy and had one of the best offensive lines in the NFL. The Defense was returning most of their players, and rookie Laiatu Latu was considered by some the steal of the draft. Unfortunately, the season for the Colts didn’t go very well. Jim Irsay was under a lot of pressure to fire coaches throughout the organization and Chris Ballard who is the general manager for the team. Sounds like Irsay is giving everyone other than defensive coordinator Gus Bradley another shot. The Colts have some major holes in their team that need to be fixed if they want a shot at the playoffs in 2025. Here is what I gathered;
