The NFL draft week is here, and the Houston Texans are in a far different situation than they were a year ago. The Texans might not have a first-round pick after trading back with the Minnesota Vikings, but they’re loaded with options on Day 3. General manager Nick Caserio has made it clear, however, he’s willing to move up for the right player. Last season, the Texans made a franchise record eight on draft weekend. The year before Caserio broke the record with seven trades, including one backward and two forward.
