Time for our annual exercise in trying to figure out a realistic best-case scenario for the full, seven-round haul for the Philadelphia Eagles over draft weekend. As ever, this serves as a reminder of the limitations on how much better the Eagles can get over the course of next weekend. They enter the draft with just six picks. Even with four of those in the first three rounds, it’s not as if they can solve their myriad short-term needs while also setting things up for the long term. Concessions and tough decisions will be made.
