The Carolina Panthers season ended in fitting fashion at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during a lopsided loss that was ended by a Sam Darnold interception. Regression and frustration were the resounding themes for the organization and its fans in 2021 and something has to change. Now for a front office and coaching staff on thin ice, this is the offseason that will determine their future. Finding an answer at the quarterback position and acquiring high-impact players in the draft are the only moves that will save this Panthers regime. Simply put, one more mistake could be fatal.
