The Jacksonville Jaguars hold the No. 1 overall pick once again, becoming the sixth team in NFL history to make the 1st pick in consecutive years. Needless to say, there is a lot of work to be done and the 2022 NFL Draft is only the start of rebuilding the Jaguars. Retaining Trent Baalke as general manager certainly isn’t the ideal start to the Jaguars’ offseason. But hiring Doug Pederson as head coach and adding Rick Spielman to the front office is a step towards things improving. Jacksonville is also flush with cap space, offering it ample opportunities to add talent on the open market. But teams are built through the draft and that is our focus.
