When watching Hall on film, the first thing that stood out to me was how smooth his mechanics are when throwing the ball. When throwing short-intermediate passes, he has very good release speed which allows him to get the ball off quickly after the snap. While dropping back in the pocket, he does a good job of using his foot speed to his advantage by quickly getting set.
