The Giants cost themselves two spots in the 2025 NFL Draft order by winning their final home game two weeks ago, so right now their future decision is at least partially out of their control. The Giants determined the fates of head coach Brian Daboll and general manager Joe Schoen with co-owner John Mara announcing Monday morning the pair will return for a fourth year. Next up, the offseason will kick into high gear as team brass prepares for free agency and eventually the NFL Draft, which will be held in Green Bay, Wisconsin, from April 24 to 26. If two quarterbacks are expected to go in the Top 3, the Giants will either have their pick for the organization's future at that position or they can land the best non-QB on their board.
