With the end of the Super Bowl brings the start of the NFL's offseason — and the Courier Journal's first mock draft leading into the 2019 NFL draft, to take place April 25-27 in Nashville. The overriding theme for this year's first round is already clear: It's all about the defense. The top picks in the 2019 draft pool are almost all defensive players. And in perhaps a weaker year for high-value positions like quarterback, cornerback and offensive tackle, there is an overload of edge rushers, including former Kentucky star Josh Allen.
